Can the foam that Demolisher Missiles (DM's) are made of handle the pressure of being launched by a shit-cannon?
I don't have a shit-cannon, but I'm in the process of designing a DM adaptor for 1/2" PVC, and I want to know whether I'll have to deal with complaints about expoded DM's.

From what I can see, The only problem you would have with launching it would be with some of the foam near the bottom of the missile tearing.

This will completely depend upon how tight the barrel spigot you use is, and how much pressure you operate the blaster at.  Yes, absolutely, you could straight explode the side of the missile.  This is entirely the reason that my rockets use sleeves inside.  Without the sleeve, they would last about five shots, then rupture completely.
