I know that newbies have caused you some grief, but why do you have new people listed as "F***ing New Guy"s (FNG's)?
Wouldn't it be more polite to said new people to have them in the "Rookies" or "Novices" or "Acolytes" or something not quite so vulgar?
Or did you just not know what "FNG" meant?
