So the kid wanted to spray his new gun, and got me to get him a can of this based on the YouTube videos he watched. Long story short he blasted the whole gun, orange parts and all. I've managed to get it off of the trigger, jam guard, motor start button, clip release, I can't seem to get it off the rails and barrel.

I've tried soaking in Simple Green, Super Clean, Purple Power, Brake Fluid, hell even tried acetone with Q Tips to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

that stuff is a dye not a paint, so you're not going to have much luck getting it off the same way as you would paint if its soaked in real well.
get some sandpaper and have a fun time.

Get some blaze orange dye and black paint.
Coat the blaster in blaze orange.
Apply masking tape over the orange parts and in stripes.
Spray on a coat of black paint.
Remove the tape.

Voila! Tiger-stripped (whatever the gun is)!

Use a towelette :). Seriously though, you could try Brasso or Dettol but be sure to check out psyk's videos on the effects of both before trying them, as they can be problematic and may not work. Did he spray the gun without taking it apart first?
