Also, I have 4 ultra fires, so if I could use them would be nice, but I am willing to buy other battery's.

Do you think I have to use the 14 AWG wire they recommended or can i just use 18 awg?I would look into the Make Test Battle Rhino 130 motors. They were designed to be identical to the older falcon motors. I have not used upgraded motors, but these are what I am planning on using when I do. Don't just take my word for it, do a little more research first, but I hope I was able to point you in the right direction.

Also, here is a link to a pre-wired kit using Falcons and 18AWG wire.
So I think 18 is good enough, but 16 or 14 would be better.
