1. Claymores
I've watched Numerous Videos on NERF Claymores being Built on the spot that are effective, but they all have one thing: Springs! And this is the one thing I cannot don't have in my dads W-shop. Does anybody know a link or know how to make a claymore without the use of a spring? I would like to use them in Combat with my friends, but as of now... I can't.
2. Vechicles
Not really a big prob. I know I could just cut holes into a big Box. Any Cooler Ideas though? Or hints and tips?
3. I kinda fixed my Lngshot CS-6
So I made a post a while ago about how my CS-6 wasn't working, I kinda found a way to fix it, its annoying though. The first shot is fine, but when I cock it back for a second shot, its like I'm dryfiring, the bullet doesn't even budge. IDK! So everytime I pull the clip out and put it back in, it works. Not sell worthy yet.
My Roughcut 2x4 help
Similar to M Longshot issue, the bottom 2 Holes on my Roughcut will NOT shoot. like Never. Its a good gun, good spread and power, but when I fire those last 2... its like I'm dry firing. Can anyone help?

Hello again, my very helpful community! I have some More questions and problems, some of which I've partially solved. Take a look!
1. Claymores

I believe there were some using rubber bands. An air-powered mine is probably beyond your skill level, but using an absolver-type shotgun barrel on a stock blaster could probably suffice.
2. Vechicles

Repurpose a golf cart, bike, or go kart. Really not a useful thing in NERF though - the point is running around, like you'd play any other form of tag. If you want vehicles (and mil-sim), go to airsoft, laser tag, or paintball.
NERF is a different animal and is not ideal for mil-sim/vehicles as the ranges and accuracy just aren't good enough to make them work. If you were playing a *HUGE* game of CTF, with hundreds of players over dozens of acres for several days, transport-type vehicles might start to make sense.
Tanks really won't make sense unless you're fighting tanks vs. tanks; at which point you're playing something else. The reason is based on the real reason tanks came into use - fortifications. Since you can't blow up fortifications in a NERF battle, you can't make tanks work on the field. Giving one to some players and having them fight other players on foot has to be contrived, as the tank really isn't susceptible to unprepared infantry. You'd have to give it weakspots or give the infantry anti-tank weapons.

Ask for help in your other post, with pictures. Try disassembling and reassembling it following the pictures available here and elsewhere online. Sounds like you may have a bolt problem.

Again, usually ask for help in another post with pictures. Did you mod this? If it came like that, it might just be a bad blaster. Return it and try another. If you can't, it may be that the ARs aren't functioning properly - they're special in the Roughcut and similar blasters.

If you've opened your Longshot and had fun with internals, it's possible some components have been misplaced. However, the fact that it actually fires suggests that there is no problem with the firing mechanism. As a dart inside the breach would stop air coming out pretty much entirely it's likely that no dart is inside the breech during firing. If so, mod your jam door so that it can remain open during firing (a harmless mod) and have a look at the loading process. The problem might reveal itself.
Additionally, I'm aware that on many clip system guns there is a mechanical lock in front of the breech that prevents the dart being pushed forward (and consequently into the useless faux barrel)as the breech attempts to slide over it. This lock may have been permanently activated by some previous mods of yours. If so, have a good look at the lock and see whether it's fixable. It could be that a part has merely been bumped out of alignment.
As for vehicles, keep in mind that the average cap on dart velocity is around 150 fps superstock. That's not very fast. Turreted vehicles work because as soon as you pull the trigger, the bullet hits its target. No need to aim, just point and spray. Nerf guns aren't like that. You need accuracy and a stable firing platform.
I could, maybe, see a UTV with a heavily modified Vulcan turret in the back working. Even then, you're range is practically going to be melee and accuracy's going to be more or less zero. A thousand dart chain would be about the minimum, too. Like Meaker VI said, they're just not practical. That said, if you can make something that works and is fun, kudos to you.
