I'm sure there is a reason for this, but whenever I try to put a few replies in to different topics, I have to wait 90 seconds in between. I know FNGs have to do this, but I am listed as a member now, so I don't understand why I (or other members who may be experiencing the same thing) have to wait for no real reason. I also understand that this is to cut down on spamming, but isn't this annoying timer supposed to go away eventually? I didn't know where to post this either so I placed it in Off-Topic, if a mod wants to move it somewhere else that is more suitable then feel free. Maybe we could implement a system that detects spamming and only puts the restriction on spammers? Would love to hear some other opinions or an explanation of this.

A good while back some pornbot got through and there were hundreds of porn filled threads. The 90 second rule is in place to give the moderation team a chance to remove shit like that.
