So at the Spring HvZ this year I saw a guy using the green clips from an Elite Rayven, but they had no battery pack on them and therefore no glow. However it was super sweet because he was just rocking lime green clips (which happens to be my favorite color). Is there a simple way to do this, such as just unscrewing the battery pack? Thanks for all the help!

Yeah.
Take an Elite Firefly-tech mag to the hobby store, find the right shade of lime green, and paint an old Stampede mag that green.
I know how to help you because I have broken every rule in the book.

You can buy some Krylon Fusion Paint at Walmart.
And if you go to a Hobby Shop the Best paint is Tamiya, it is more expensive but it is the best.
I hope this helps.
