are you gonna accept checks? because im sort of uneasy about paypal and paying over the internet, regardless of how "safe" it is.

we are still working out how we are going to have people pay, whether its cash or checks or paypal or what. It will take some trust but we can have a waver written up so no one gets ripped off, and there are plenty of people to vouch for mine honesty Yes 3DBBQ its a manufacturer and I having to do a special order, and have to buy a rediculous ammount of rod.

For payment options, there are a couple things to consider: Paypal is nice and all, but if I recall correctly to accept credit card submissions (as opposed to the funds coming directly from someone's bank account), you have to be a paying member of Paypal. Most Paypal users only do credit card submissions. Personal checks are ok, but there is always the risk that the check will bounce and you're screwed over. I suggest Money Orders. You have to go to the bank to get them, but that's the only downfall. Or Paypal if the user is submitting funds from their bank account directly (anyone can do this, you just have to verify your address with Paypal first by having them snail mail you a code).

Either way, I eagerly await the FBR's availability.

it really shouldnt be long now, Kevin will receive my samples tommorrow or the day after and have exact dart results, once that is sorted out I will go ahead and order my giant load. Upon arrival I will cut it all up into 25' lengths and post with the ordering information and price. This could all be up and running within a week or two.

zack, i'm assuming they're going to send it to you in spools - so my question is are you going to straighten it before you sell to us or not? i'd personally prefer straightening myself because i don't want to pay the shipping to get a mail-tube with 25 1-foot pieces in it.

also, will you bring this to wars so people can pay you cashmoney?

I'm ordering the minimum order possible which is 2,500 linear feet. That is ONE spool, so I am getting a GIANT spool in the mail. This stuff straightens much easier than grey, and I wont be pre-straightening it. I will cut most of the spool into 25' lengths to then sell, people can buy 25', 50' 75', 100' and so on... also, we will probably have discounts for the more you buy. I will then ship the stuff out after recieving a personal check or cash or paypal or whatever people are comfertable doing (though isnt paypal being sued?) and I will ship out however much was ordered coiled or sent in a more efficient manner if I find one. I will sell lengths of it out of my trunk and YANO's as well...

Hmm, must have changed since I did it. Though seeing as how that was a couple years ago I guess that makes sense. Back then they did it for address verification. But good to know.
