I hope this helps

I put up a review thread here if you want more info: http://nerfhaven.com...opic=25828&st=0
As of now, they're about 40% cheaper than koosh darts. Good luck with your search!

Gut the electronics, drill a hole in the shell, and attach a crank to the gear. Bam, crank-action stampede that doesn't require batteries, or even a trigger.
...(also judging by your past posts, I would consider you pretty dang wise elder like in the modding community

They work great in my modified recon (the old retaliator). The only thing you might have to do is take the air-restrictor/barrel post out if you haven't already.
As for the knock-off elites: they still have the hole in the tip so no, the suction tips are way more accurate.

Thanks, and keep me posted when you double checkThey should. They work with my OMW Massacre Alpha Trooper. I have some stock stuff, I can double check tonight, but they are designed for regular use, not just in modded blasters. they just happen to perform better in modded blasters then stock streamlines.. and overall.

Its crazy that some people sell packs of 400 on amazon
It is not uncommon for people to bring hundreds of darts to a war. If I remember correctly, Ice Nine said that he purchased 1000 darts for use at last year's Armageddon.

I would only recommend them for spring blasters, but maybe there is something else I'm doing something wrong. They work fine in my Elite Alpha Trooper which has a Stage 1 OMW kit and its air restrictor removed. These darts work fine on front-loader pistols like the Doublestrike and Firestrike without any modification, by the way.

I personally have had great success with these knock off elites from amazon:
http://www.amazon.co...p_85:2470955011
They have no hole in the tip, and the tip is solid, which at least in my experiences made them fly straighter and farther. They also have a tighter barrel fit, which makes them work better with both flywheel gun and springers. Worth a try IMHO.

The koosh darts sold by beautifulwoman work great in stock blasters, including the retaliator.
nineofspades some of us buy even more darts than 400. Our last order, and our largest to date was for 2000 darts. Plus right after that we ordered 1400 glow in the dark darts. However we will never use most of them. We sell them when we sell blasters and we are in the process of setting up a nerf rental business for parties and they will be used for that. Plus if I could ever find the manufacturer of the koosh darts and buy them in bigger bulk and at a better price I would start selling them on ebay so that there was someone selling them from the US.
In case anyone is wondering, this is what a box of 2000 koosh darts looks like.

I'd like to add a caveat to what limegreen nerf said: the Koosh darts (gen 3) tend to helicopter or fish tail or spin out of certain flywheel blasters, such as the Rapidstrike. They're usable and better than stock Elite Nerf darts, but they're not ideal. This is one reason why I'm switching my stock primary from the Rapidstrike to the Stryfe.
