Does anyone have the capacity to make these type of blueprint images?

I think they'd be a great help when planning a mod job, paintjob, or integration.

I believe that you can find most NERF blasters blueprints on Google Patents. Any blaster that is on the market, or has been on the market can be found in Google Patents. The patent blueprints not only have detailed images of the blaster's inner workings, but also basic templates similar to the templates you posted. Hope this helps.

Could you possibly give me a way to, or a list for all of the different blasters, Queen of Trash?
I cannot find the n-strike retaliator or any other specific gun, for that matter.

You could have click on the Originator link provided by "Queen of Trash" to get every patent filed by Hasbro. They're not going to file a patent for every blaster, given that most of them lack novel features that are worth filing unique patents for.
