This is a longshot that has been made into a "Pullback Longshot" it is a longshot that has been 1/2" pvc couplered, and has had a piece of 1/2" cpvc added to the back of the plunger rod. The 1/2" cpvc is glued on with plastic epoxy it is also cover with epoxy put so that the catch with ride over the cpvc smoothly.
Internals:

I filled the deadspace in the plunger tube using 1/2" cpvc and hotglue.

I used a cut-down [k26] spring and a stock longshot spring.

Because i used such powerful springs i had to reinforce the shell with a piece if steel cut off of an L-bracket.

I put a stronger catch spring from a package of small springs i got from Home Depot.

I mounted a stock made out of 1/2" cpvc using two 1/4" bolts going through a piece of poly carbonate.

The last time i range tested it, it was shooting about 110'-115' I have since redone the plunger seal; with two o-rings and i would guess that it's now shooting about 130' but I will update my numbers once the snow melts.
