im a fan of the red and a fan of the orange. 99% chance I will be able to obtain red foam to distribute to our community, assuming that when I get a sample it fits and creates functional darts :)

Yellow, because then we could make Stefans that look like stock darts. :)

Yellow would be nice, but red looks the best. It'd look really nice with the AT2k mods :)

I would have voted pink, if there was an option to. I think it's the easiest color to find. I don't Nerf around pink flowers, so it would be great.

And I think it would look cool with like, a blue hot glue tip.

I'm with purple.

But I think a nice green would be really cool, and pink would be teh r0x.

:Edit: Okay. I voted purple. But I changed my mind: Pink.

Ah thank you for the site. If I could, I would now vote for a very bright yellow or orange.

Orange.

Maybe you could use a fluorescent orange, so it would be easier to find the darts at night. They charge at day and glow at night.

Phospherous (sp?) Glow in the dark FBR.

It can be done, but only god knows how expensive it'd be.

too bad no paints have ever worked for long on darts... not to mention messing up the dart/barrel ratio. ;)

This stuff is a gunky substance that came with one of those light-bulb oven thingo-ma-bobs. You'd simply fill a tray [with bugs and other such imprints] stick it in for a while and in a matter of minutes you'd have rubbery bugs that would glow in the dark.

I guess theres room to experiment with making tips out of this stuff, it wouldn't be too hard, its just that i've had the gunk for a fair while. I think its probably phase serperated.

To solve the dart to barrel ratio i think you could use zero darts, or webby darts and just put the paint on the small part.

Oh yeah, its painful, but it means a lot of cool possibilities.
  • Turn the lights off [if indoors] to find the darts
  • Tracer effects at night
  • A rubberised end ... cool enough by itself ...
Yeah, they're creep crawlers. I've got tonnes of the stuff. I'll post a pic if anyone wants one.
