I was wondering what kinds of holsters people use these days? I'm looking at this holster from Blastersmiths but if somebody has a good method of making holsters that isn't too complicated then please say.

I wonder if someone has made a holster out of just a lot of straps. I made one like that for a Pink Crush.

Cardboard and duct tape are the way to go for a cheap easy holster, just get some velcro to make it adjustable.

I prefer to use the carved out skulls of my opponents. Or power drill holsters.

This is a nice Database for Tac Gear that can be used with Nerf Stuff. If I am looking for something new this is where I go.

I have had nothing but great experiences using Narrowbase's 3D printed holsters. I ran their Firestrike holster pretty hard over the course of an eight hour game, and it help up great. There was an expected "break-in" period where the blaster is very difficult to draw, but once it's broken in, it's pretty flawless.

I have the Hammershot holster as well, but I haven't had an opportunity to use it extensively.

Made my own using materials from Walmart. First time using a sewing machine, too. It's not hard, once you read up on how to do edging and the proper X stitch at tactical websites.

Hotlinking my holster, just because I really don't think sewing is hard or complicated. Worth a try, if you have a machine available.

Again, first time using a sewing machine.

I don't have one right now, but I bought the Zombie Strike Sidestrike a couple days ago and will probably use that holster when it arrives.

I modified a generic holster to fit to the Hammershot by sewing in 4 elastic straps

Posted Image

However, the Blasterparts holster (http://blasterparts.com/holster-right) is quite impressive, as it hold also a roughcut for example.

This is specifically for the Hammershot, NIB.
The piece of cardboard that the HS rests on is the perfect size for a holster for it.
I have made holsters like that, and I'll upload a post telling how to do it.
It looks a little ugly, but it works.
