I noticed that home depot seems to carry aluminum tubing but not brass tubing and it is REALLY cheap. I watched Rob from SBNC's easy rebarreling guide and realized that home depot carries 1/2 inch but not 13mm. Does anyone know if this will work well too?

Take some of your FBR and test it. That's the only way you'll ever know for sure. But I don't see why not.

That would be new... I'm at Home Depot all the time and have never found any aluminum tubing with a 1/2" ID. They do carry one with a 1/2" OD, but that is clearly not an option. Your HD may be different, so certainly double check and let us know.
