My recons plunger tube gets stuck about halfway. here is the internals https://www.dropbox....jpg?n=242425752 the gun had no o ring so I made my own air seal https://www.dropbox....jpg?n=242425752 the gun also made no catch spring https://www.dropbox....jpg?n=242425752 I also put a bit of felt at the bottem of plunger tube to help with the impact as I made it a straight shot throught the bolt sled, https://www.dropbox....jpg?n=242425752 I have spent hours trying to figure this out.

It might be the padding on the plunger tube, in my experience padding can lead to blasters not priming fully.

There may be to much friction between the new seal and the plunger. Try greasing it.

The new seal may be too big for the plunger tube. You might want to either lessen the width of the new seal (if possible) or just grease it.

It is only two layers of tape and everything is greased but I will try to remove one layer I am not sure if the air seal will be good

Yes it was the two layers of tape and the padding combined it now has a really bad air seal but works all I need to do is to somehow make a replacement for the dart tooth
