I haven't heard from anybody besides halfling so as it stands he won't be able to play. Today is the last day I will consider adding teams because the draft is tomorrow afternoon.

As long as you know who the good players are you should be fine. But prepare to be owned, my dad played college football, and, gives my tipperoonies.

It doesn't particularly matter if you're that into football, but it's more fun if you're willing to at least look at the game results and see how the players are doing each week. Yahoo makes it easy because they rank the players by their stats for you and you can do some easy research.

I'm thinking I'll probably leave it a 4-team playoff... kind of silly to have an 8-team playoff with 10 teams. There wouldn't be any incentive to have a good record during the season.

Alright everyone, the draft is in a little over an hour. If you want to rearrange your draft order, do it now! Note that you don't have to... it will just pick with the order Yahoo has it set up as by default.

I set it to "ready" status at 1:15 this afternoon. What that means in Yahoo leagues is that the draft will be sometime between when I set it to ready, and... Monday.

I think it's set up like that to protect you all from me. Like if someone got put on the IR list I could quickly remove them from my draft order then start the draft. One of you would end up picking the guy who's out for the year and I'd get better players on average as a result. This way I can't time it to my advantage, I can only start the random counter.
