I absolutely love the mega Magnus and I'm kinda upset that there was never any more mega guns. I Also wish they made suction mega darts because they would be more accurate.
But think about it, mega darts have so much potential. What about a magazine fed pump action mega blaster with an 18 dart drum like the alpha trooper? Or a double barrel mega shotgun with a stepped trigger like the barrel break? That's just a few ideas, let me know what mega blasters you guys want to see

Okay,First of all, they did make other mega blasters. The mega centurion, which sucked butts, and the mega thunderbow which was pretty cool. Mega darts also are already more accurate than elite darts because they have 2 air release holes instead of 1 in order to balance them out more. Your idea about the pump action magazine fed blaster sounds cool, but an 18 dart drum designed for mega darts would be way to bulky to be practical. I mean, the 6rd centurion clip is already way to bulky to be practical.

When I said other I meant other than the centurion(more like shiturion ) thunderbow and Magnus, and mega darts are more accurate than elite darts but suction mega darts would be extremely accurate

Aren't those like, 2013-2014 releases or something? Saying that there "was never any more mega guns" is a bit premature IMO; it's possible there could be another one next year. Unless there's a press release saying there will be no further megas that I missed.

That blaster looks very promising, also looks like it could be converted into a DCIT.

I think the mega line failed because it was way more expensive and a lot bigger. I could buy 24 elite darts for the price of ten megas. Its harder to store and everything as well, because its so freaking huge.

That's what she said, but I don't think the entire mega line is a waste, Magnuses and Centurions can be converted into formidable primaries.

There will be several new mega blasters on top of the three we have. Including a mega jolt, mega maverick/strongarm and a mega pump action blaster with drum.

As far as I am aware, all three of those (And the big shock) were fan-made concepts. If you really want to, watch Hasbro patents for large diameters. There has been no official word of additional mega blasters at this time.
Really though, has unique ammo EVER worked in a war? Besides Core, of course.

Well yes, but there was a picture relaesed with all of the new mega blasters, along with new elite blasters (demolisher, etc) elite blasters that we know will be released (rhino fire) and some new elite blasters we haven't seen (elite version of the diamondista, whiteout retaliator, and various blasters with the updated elite color scheme).

This whole thread is just speculation without anything solid to back it up. There's no official word from Hasbro (as far as anyone here knows). I think it's time to lay this one to rest.
