My Name is Monaco And I live in Richmond, Virginia. And I noticed that there are not many Nerf wars in Virginia.
So i thought of forming a place where people can come and play nerf maybe every 3 months (we need to see how many people come to this event.)
Game types are HvZ and Capture the flag.
Date/Time: September 20 2014 Arrive at 9:30 so you have plenty of time to find parking and for loading clips. First match will start a 10:00.
My best advice is to use a GPS or Google Maps to find to quickest way there.
Location: Richmond VA William Byrd Park
We will meet at the parking lot by Shield's Lake. The area next to the lot is a good location for the nerf war. We will have a white tent set up with refreshments.

Rules:
1 No Titan Mods
2 Guns must shoot under 200 feet
3 must be at least 10 or older
4 No Foam Weapons of any sort
5 Guns can not be painted all black, Desert Camouflage or any sort of paint that looks like a real weapon. If you bring one we will cover it up with orange tape.
6 Bring Eyewear of goggles (if you forget we might have a pair that you can barrow)
7 All darts must be made using a 1/2" diameter 1/8" thick adhesive-backed felt bumper from McMaster-Carr, part#8771K12. Darts may only be weighted using a single #8 or #6 washer, which must be entirely covered by the felt bumper. Unmodified stock darts are also permitted
Blaster Restrictions
1 No Homemade Airguns (includes anything with a pump/valve that isn't made by hasbro/lanard/buzzbee such as those drain cleaners)
If you are not sure about a blaster, leave it at home. If you want to be the guy at Ncrv who's gun shoots farther than everyone else's
This will be my first time hosting a war so it will not be one of those super wars. But hopefully it still will be fun. Please reply or email me if you are interested so we can see if it's worth doing.
