Today, I was just wondering what this shiny metal thing this guy used as a bolt was, I have pictures!

Looks like a knob for a cabinet door or something. Where did you find the pictures? Why not ask the person who posted the pictures?

As I said, it appears to be a drawer pull, specifically this one Drawer pulls and handles typically use #8-32 machine screws, just so you know what to expect.
