1-1/4" PVC pipe has almost the exact same OD (outside diameter) as a Titan barrel, it's just a tiny bit bigger.
thanks

what do you mean? Not close enough to fire rockets from, though.

I'm pretty sure what Draconis is saying is that because the titan's stock barrel is already relatively tight on the missiles, 1 1/4 inch PVC is too wide to be able to fit the rockets. Although I personally don't have a titan barrel to measure with, I'm relatively sure you could find something on Mcmaster to fit the missiles. If not, I'm sure people have extra titan barrels that they would be willing to sell you.what do you mean?

Exactly. Titan barrels are 40mm, or 1.56". 1-1/4" pipe is 1.625". It is close, but not enough to fire the rockets from. I have Titan barrels if you want one, but I have yet to find any pipe or tube on McMaster's site that has a 40mm OD.
EDIT: Ooops, I found one. It's only $35 for a 4' tube! http://www.mcmaster....ng-pipe/=sd9rpg

If the ID isn't at least 1.50", I don't see it shooting normally. I see it exploding out the side. How snug is it on 1-1/4" PVC? Do you have to force it on?

It takes little force on 1 1/4 pvc
