Thinkgeek.com has this as well. Though its not foam or Nerf-like, it just shoots plastic "blades". Both sites say it can shoot up to 100 feet! Sounds fun, but I don't think it would be allowed in a Nerf war. Plus its shot out like a rubber band and it hits a bar to make it spin (I think). So it wouldn't be moddable into a Nerf gun.
Still looks cool. I'd buy it just for the heck of it.

I bought one of those airzookas at the Lloyd Center in Portland when on a band trip and I had fun pissing people off with it all the way home (3 hour ride home at midnight). I was able to shoot it from the back of the bus, and hit someone almost at the front.
