I'm planning on getting this lipo set:
The LiPo Pack
Just where can I get a connecter so I can plug this lipo pack into the rapid strike.

Looks to me like a Tamiya connector.

Airsoft batteries (or pretty much any LiPo/LiFePo battery uses either a Tamiya or Deans connector. This definitely isn't a Deans.

Either way, you should be able to get hold of one from any good electronics/RC model store. Failing that, look for 'Tamiya Connector' on eBay. The battery will be fitted with a female connector so you will want the male (plug) to attach to your blaster.

Radioshack should carry Tamiya connectors.

It looks like these might be a smaller edition of Tamiya plugs, I used that kind of connection system in an RC car I had a while back.
Any local hobbyshop should carry the adapter.

This is actually not an opinion, but a fact. Deans and Traxxas connectors are won't break as easily and carry current better than Molex and mini Molex connectors because of their design.
