It was a warm September morning, I crawled out of bed and tip-toed over the mess of darts on my floor. I ran downstairs and booted up my computer, I've been modding long enough that the idea of attending a war with crazy stuff like singled 4B's seemed like fun. After hours of searching, to my despair, I found that not many (if any) Torontonian Nerfers were still around, therefore no wars.

I have decided its my time to step up and host one, but before I go through the scouting process and finding a good date I need to know whether or not anyone is still around. So if you live near the GTA please keep the Canadian Nerf scene alive.

There used to be a huge war around this time of year in a park in Mississauga called Hell Before Halloween but I don't think it's running this year due to lack of interest. You might look up some of the old threads from that war to get an idea of good places to nerf and people who might still be interested.

And I'm hosting that war meteorhound is talking about! I realize it's a long drive from toronto, but hey, the last war turned out great! Definately consider coming out.

If given a reasonable amount of notice I can get myself and a friend to wherever you'd like to host. I have several war-worthy blasters I'm willing to lend out, and am willing to sell darts at cost. If you've been to a war with me I have carrying capacity for 5 others.

We have a facebook group, but calling it dead would be an understatement. That being said, there are 26 or so seasoned canadian nerfers who will probably see anything you post. I'd give that a shot.

I have an area where there is enough room to throw a small scale war. Its in Markham, which is within the GTA, would that work for you or anyone else who lives in Toronto?
