Ok so i went to my local walmart i saw the BuzzBee Air Max 1 for 5 bucks picked it up.
My question is does it have the same internals as the panther. What would i have to do diffrent such as plugging the pump or couplering it?

No it doesn't, here's two threads that go into detail about it:

The lowdown is that it's not the same thing, the blast button seems a little more robust, but that hasn't really been proven yet.
The tank is also smaller, and it has two OPV's in different places (again, see the threads above); the range is somewhere around 70'-80' couplered if my memory is correct.
There has been a little discussion about tank-expanding it, but as far as I know it hasn't happened yet.
Hope this helps.
