Otherwise, I would try some other home depots. Some have it stocked, some do not.

Open Google and search 'hardware zipcode', obviously you put in your own zip code.
Call the stores and ask if they have cpvc. Willing to bet one has it.
If not, as mentioned McMaster will have some. Alternatively, haven members are always willing to sell you some; for a profit of course.

As Langley said, it's also possible that your town just doesn't carry it, so you might have to order it online. You also could just not be looking correctly in the hardware store. It should be in the plumbing section right next to the PVC pipe. It has a yellowish or brownish look to it. It's also a good idea to ask employees, because it could be in a totally different section of the store.
Don't use font tags without good reason.

It's very possible it's not anywhere near the PVC. Thankfully, my Lowes has them right in the same aisle; but the HD's (and some other local hardware stores) I've been to have PVC pipe in its own aisle and copper/PEX/CPVC in another aisle.
PVC is typically used as drain pipe - CPVC can be supply pipe, as can copper and PEX. Take a dart or two when you're looking, CPVC around here has terrible consistency and I always need to try a few sticks to get one that fits well.

As far as I know, Osh is only located in CA unfortunately.I found some at an Osh and at a Ganahl lumber...
Also, regarding the other thread you started, when you say you're looking for CPVC that fits stock darts, do you mean you're looking for a different kind of CPVC pipe entirely?...If so, I don't think something like that exists. I know streamline darts (especially the new ones) have a very tight fit in CPVC, if you're looking for a barrel material that'll work for stock darts, that has a slightly larger inside diameter than CPVC pipe, and is easier to load, I'd try 17/32", or 9/16" brass pipe, which might be available at a local hobby store. I'd call in before, just to make sure they carry it, it's usually sold in 1' lengths, for about $3.50, to $4.00 a foot. I'd recommend bringing a dart along, to test the fit before purchase, if you decide to go with brass.

The 17/32" on McMaster is a great springer fit for stock darts.
