Ok, I have all the materials to make a cutlass now, the one on this site designed by Zero. I was wondering if anyone has made one of these yet, and what kind of ranges they were getting. Sorry if this sounds obnoxious, but I really want to know what kind of ranges to expect before I build this thing. Zero, in the old, old, post you had about the cutlass, you said that you built something similar and got around 90' flat. Is that what I should be expecting from this gun?

You sould expect around the same range because the guns are similar. It all so dependes on how much P.S.I. you put in yours and how much Zero put in.

60 PSI, 18" barrel, but much, much larger tank volume and better flow rates. If you want an absolute one-shot-wonder with the basic design, up the vinyl tubing size mucho. Something like 1/2" ID or larger. That's one large mistake I made in the writeup that... Well, I don't quite feel like fixing at this point. :P

Regrettably, the Hose Handle is rather dismantled, so I can't get any good range estimates at this time.

Eh, any guestimates? Like within 20 feet? :P And I'll make sure to use 1/2 or bigger vinyl tubing... Thanks for letting me know.
