This is just a general warning about using the company Pak Designs.
I placed an order in mid January and am still awaiting on delivery.
Due to the large shipments costs me a few other nerfers grouped together.
Spent $595 on a large order of bits.

Some messages about delays. But these were general messages going out to everyone not me personally.
Must have sent 30 or 40 messages asking when I would get delievery.
Got two replys saying it would be sent soon.
But that was last month some time.

I've generally given up on ever recieving this order and would urge people to use other suppliers.
If you do consider using them please remember that paypal will only refund your money if within a 45 day period of purchase.

As it has been nearly 4 months I have no oportunity to claim back our money.
All that remains is to warn others so they don't make the same mistake of trading with this company.

All of my PakD orders have materialized, granted that I bought my stuff through the RM store (N. American supplier for PakD).

Did you order any things that haven't even made it to PakD yet (mouseworm or Retaliator kit)? I know for a fact that people have received multiple orders of foam, tips and stampede gears when ordered straight from PakD, if you ordered something that still hasn't been cleared by their customs (ie their entire mouseworm shipment), then chances are they wont ship your order until it all comes in to them. Don't give up on it yet, I haven't heard any horror stories of their customer service in the past.

Thanks for the heads up about this. The better way to go is probably just to order their products from remedy metal.

Remedy metal doesn't have the hardware that PAK D makes, just yet.

Just the stampede gears.
But they're supposed to be ready and being shipped. Well in thoery any how.
Never the less I have asked them to send what is ready now....

Anybody who has ever been in contact with them will know that they recently leaked their entire mailing list. I emailed them to complain but guess what...

It's a shame. I really wanted these guys to be good (and not just because I have put an order in wit the OP's lot). I hope that in time they get to iron out the kinks.
