Ok so I was thinking..... we need a smaller war in north NJ. I was thinking flood's hill in South Orange....the thing is who else would help host the war?? if so please reply, I was thinking summer of '14, but I really don't care.

As a fellow New Jersyan, please fix up you post. You don't need all the ellipsis and question marks.
Second, I host wars all the time in central New Jersey. If you're going to wait till '14 to host a war, you're going to miss out on a lot of wars. You should at least attend a war before you try to host one.
I'd be happy to help host a war, but you need to at least have a feel for what a war is like.
