So I have a Stryfe and a 18 dart drum, it will only fire like 12 darts and then it will not fire. Also i have to hold the drum into the blaster to get it to fire, any sugestions on where i need to start to look at?

Hi there welcome to the forum, as for your problem, there is a lock inside that shuts off the motors when the clip is empty, several users have found that ' Non-Elite' Clips have issues with this new lock, to remedy this they simply remove ' The o'le bugger '
Here is a picture of the lock you need to remove, Its circled in yellow. Credit to Coop for the photo.
Just take that out and it should fire all the darts.
Also take out the Clip lock (Will shut off the motors if no clip is in) and this should enable you to leave the clip and the blaster will work.
If you follow this guide, Then most of these problems will go away. Again Credit to Coop for it.
