Also the Strongarm can not be one hand opened like the Maverick or Spectre. Thanks to the A/R in the plunger assembly it pushes the cylinder release too far forward. Trust me I was able to do it with both blasters and I can not on Strongarm (shameless plug, forgive me, I show it on my Strongarm review....)
But back on subject... A Stryfe with 18 round clips or the Raider Drum would probably work out best.
My Youtube PageGriever 2112 still plays with his alpha trooper quite often despite owning one of the scariest +bows.

Have you thought about semi-auto blasters such as the Stryfe or Rayven. Especially with the Stryfe its clip release can all be done one handed, He could then have the blaster on a sling to put a new clip in with his working arm. Or he could just be like JLego.
Step 1 to 'just be[ing] like Jlego'
Be totally awesome. Possibly try growing a chinstrap beard and take some bartending classes.
Step 2
Instead of finding a gun that can be primed with one hand, find a gun that you can prime with your wrist or stump or whatever it is you have.
JLego doesn't have an elbow joint, and he is able to sweep his left arm across his chest and cock a plusbow or a crossbow with his stump. This is maybe not an optimal setup for HvZ, but the point is that you can cock almost anything without a hand if you just make the cocking handle easy to manipulate with your off-arm. I've seen JLego fire a pump action shotgun with a little polycarb tab on the pump handle to give him or surface to press against. I've also seen him fire an arrowstorm with no ergonomic improvements, but I swear he uses some kind of wizard magic for that.
Tucking the blaster under your arm is going to be important for reloading, so get something that isn't too clunky and doesn't need to be reloaded often and practice with it. The Rayven is not a bad idea, but with a few improvements pretty much any springer can be made easier to cock with your arm. Don't get to bogged down with 'one hand primable blasters' as they almost universally suck compared to just slapping your arm across the cocking handle of a decent springer.
You can poop in my toilet anytime champ.

I used a rayven at an nic war once, and it did considerably well do too the fact that it can fire more darts than anything else on the field.

As for reloading the clip fed blasters, have a 18 round mag and have it in a pouch or have it in your pocket and reload by putting your blaster down to your waist and inserting the clip while it is still in your pocket and pull up and the clip comes out of your pocket/pouch and your ready to fire! It's kinda hard to explain, I'll put a picture.
Like that.
