I'm wondering if anyone knows how thick the tank walls of a Range master are.
I accidentally nicked it with my dremel, not all the way through of course, and I
want to make sure my tank isn't at risk of exploding or busting, and I don't want to fuck mine up just to find out.
If you know how thick it is, please tell me, you'll always be in my awsum peeplz book.

It depends how much pressure you put into the tank. I doubt it will explode but as an extra reinforcement, you should fill in the nick that you made with the dremel with some epoxy putty. Get the Loctite Epoxy Putty. You can find it at Walmart (but not on the website though). It is by far the BEST epoxy putty I have ever used.

Epoxy putty isn't really the best choice for a pressure containment vessel. I would suggest something that will bond to the actual structure of the plastic, like solvent weld. Probably the best choice would one of the universal pipe welds, which have a greater percentage of dissolved solids than most other types.

I would probably say don't worry about it. the worst that can happen is you hae a unusable range master. If you are getting paranoid about you could try MiGs tank reinforcement but modify it to the range master tank.

Good try, but the difference of a dollar or so is pretty negligible in most cases.
