When trying to seal the tubing to the pressure gage that I cut from a Titan, it always has an air leak no matter the sealing method. I have tried filling it with goop, but it just popped the goop. I have also tried melting the tube to its self, but that popped too. I desperately need someone's help to fix this because I want to have a nice rocket launcher. Thank you.

Just apply a thin layer of Super glue to the leak. If you want a more flexible seal, use all purpose pvc,ABS,cpvc solvent.

Make sure you follow all of the curing/applying directions on the goop such as surface prep and curing time. Don't put any pressure through the system before the full curing time is over. For leaks like this, I usually goop the connection. After letting it cure, and testing, I just simply add more goop to the leaking area. It may not be the MOST efficient method, but goop has never failed me.

I that case, you will want to apply super glue to the inside of the tubing, about 1/2" down. Once you have done so, clamp the glued end in a vise for a few hours.

I actually sealed this same part in 2 of my Titans. I fully removed the rubber hose and the nut that tightens it on to the post. Then I super glued all around in the hole and let it dry for an hour. I then applied a generous amount of epoxy putty around the whole post and let it dry overnight. It's worked great for me.

My way is to just ram a small pan head screw down the tube, and then douse it it in hot glue or epoxy. Never failed me before.
the only mod you can have is the range extetder mod.

A better idea just to plug an extra hose is to kink it back on itself and crimp it together with some wire twisted tight around.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, especially to TheSilentRebel because I am using his mod and a 1/2 inch of tube is not a lot to work with. I have already super glued the connection point and will probably epoxy putty it tomorrow night.
