Hey everyone, I am starting up my school's first HVZ game here in the next week or so, but I have a dilemma that I am sure may have already been dealt with before. How do you keep your darts durable while playing on campus? I have tried straws but they weigh down the dart too much, and don't fly too well. So does anyone have any secrets to keeping darts durable while being stored in a clip?

Clips just kinda suck in the durability category. You said that the straws weigh down the darts too much, but I have fired straw'd darts from my blasters with only simple mods such as an AR removal without a problem. Also I would recommend you use Elite darts rather than regular streamlines as they fly farther, more accurately, and are more durable.

Elite darts would actually be less durable due to them having a shorter stem.

Theyre made out of a slightly stronger foam, I think.

I've found that GITD Darks have the best foam... even stronger denser than Elite..

I dont know about durability, but wahat I did to keep them in the clips (that werent in use) was to put a small piece of electrical tape over the gap (and then remove it before going outside of course)

If I was ever going to be inside a safe zone for an extended period of time I would unload the clips, and just carry a pistol around

The one thing I have noticed, however, is the elite clips have a narrower top opening, so the follower shouldn't be able to push darts out anymore

Unload at the end of a day, reload at the beginning. A day inside a clip isn't going to destroy a dart.

That makes sense to me, thanks.
