I am Still in the process of deciding if the war shall be started i am working on Talking my parents to use my backyard (35 Acres) PURE WOODS! there are many places to setup alliance camps here is a list of what will be here IF I CHOOSE TO DO THE WAR

Trading area (Only used before the war 10 MINUTES)
Ditches (Premade bunkers)
Big trees (For losing)
Old Adobe (Old and hazardous)
Bushes (Good for hiding in)
10 Minute lunch break (Bring your own lunch)
Hidden cameras (So don't lie about your death We have People watching over us)

NOTE! Me and my family are not responsible for any Injureys During Begging/During/After War
NOTE! Must bring your own weapons
NOTE! War is continued till a victor
NOTE!You are responsible for all damages to Weapons/Yourself/Any equipment

Rope (Optional)
Tarp (Optional)
Trail Snacks (Optional)
Tent (Required)
Sleeping Necessity's (Required)
Food (REQUIRED) Must be tied in bear bag style or you may give my parents 25 Cents for In-House storage (Recommended) Wild life reasons
Any weapons you will need (Required) Only NERF Products Such as: Swords/Blasters/NERF Hand-axe thing/Shields
First aid Kit (Highly Recommended WE MIGHT GET A MEDICAL TEAM) But to just be sure Bring one
Any light source (Required)
Toiletry (Required) Such as Toilet Paper/Portable toilets YOU MUST CLEAN IT UP! there will be trash cans at spawn point
Whistle is needed to signal help DO NOT DO FALSE ALARMS (Will result as Elimination
Medical Team may or may not be trained so Play safe
Alliances MUST stay to a 4 person maximum
JUST BRING ANYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR THE WAR (If you wish to stay in it)
I repeat please play safe WE ARE NOT IN FAULT OF ANY INJURIES THAT MAY Occur

From what I can read, what you are planning is quite a bit different than anything the folks that frequent this site are familiar with. Thus, you should probably go into quite a bit more detail as to how exactly your war will work.

It seems to me you are trying to set up some kind of single-elimination Nerf tournament over the course of a weekend or something, where people try to take each other out Hunger-Games style. That may be fun in its own right, but I doubt many of us here would be willing to travel very far to play in a game where we may get eliminated in a matter of minutes/hours and unable to play the rest of the time.
