yes. first time you said it it was cool. I was thinking "gj man". however, perpetual bragging about it isn't.I think that Accord believes you, but doesn't really care if you have two crossbows or not.

1) Looks cool
2) is a mofo at accuracy
3) is in general a sweet-a gun
4) quite powerful for a plunger gun
Oh crap...that pretty much covers all the reasons why anyone would want a nerf gun...
GIMME ONE OR DIE (minus your 5k(s)....)

There really isn't any money in buying and selling nerf. I know. The user Shinkrillin on Ebay who sells so many guns is a guy I work with in the whole Nerf resale process. I acquire the nerf guns used from sources around the city, and give them to him to fix, clean, and if requested upgrade. Yeah, 60 bucks for a gun you paid 50 cents for sounds good, but it doesn't happen that often and for the most part, it's not really worth the time to try to make a nerf resale business out of it. He makes enough to pay a couple bills and that's about it. Between the two of us, however, we've probably had over 200 guns. One or two of every gun, at least. We've tested the best and worst nerf had to offer.
Now many of you might have noticed how the older guns like the Crossbow and Sharpshooter have problems with cracking from age, or from overmodding. I've seen a lot of people drop 60 bucks on a Lock n Load, put too big a spring in it, have the gun crack beyond repair. Nerf is a growing sport, but the guns are dying!
My friend and I have gotten far past the point of "modding" a gun with rubber bands, duct tape, and copper barrels. In a few weeks we will have a working prototype of a VERY DURABLE custom made high powered rifle, better than the best modded crossbow. One working prototype we had of a different gun put a welt on my chest from 20 feet that lasted for a WEEK! My proto is less powerful, a a litte less than a LnL, but with a 10 shot removable clip.
We have a nerf game we play here. It's basically a LARP downtown, but with nerf guns and foam melee weapons. TONS of fun and a lot different from the basic war games...
Hope to hear from ya soon! We'll keep you updated on our custom guns progress!
