It looks like a standard basketball pump:

I got one similar for my homemade, and glued it in a piece of 1" PVC to add to the gun.

What interests me is the check valve. I didn't see any of those at Home Depot. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

The punmp is a ballon pump. They sell them in all the dollar stores around where I live. It's the same pump on all of his guns. I have one, somewhere.

I see. I'm mostly in hardware stores, so I really don't see very many sport pumps or ballon pumps.

I'm planning a homemade with a small frame-mount bike pump. It'll be... interesting.

Are they ok for air pressure, or just water pressure? If you don't know, maybe I will check it out. Oh, and I assume they use PVC connections?

So far, everything I've seen that was designed for hydraulic work is good for pneumatic work. Unless they're using some kind of membrane technology, water tight implies air tight.

Very cool. I will have to try them, because then I can use cheap dollar pumps that don't have good checkvalves. I have a Franks Nursery and Craft within walking distance.

Thanks.

If the pump middle stick is the hard revertex, that possibly can be cut off therefore needs to use the center is metal air pump

A Check Valve is simply a one-way valve that will let air (or water) through a passage one way, but it can't come back through by the other.
