I am modding a 4B SVT style and I need to have a check valve so air doesn't push the bike pump handle back.

When ever I pump, the pressure just pushes the pump handle out because there is nothing keeping the air out of the bike pump.

I know a check valve is needed.

I tried a few different homemade ones and they didn't work.

I went to many stores to find that they don't sell check valves

I searched for a check valve online.

I found this on McMaster-Carr. (Part number 47245K25)

Will it work with a 4B? Will it be too much pressure for it?

Thanks,
Shoopy

I use 7757K41 with all my airguns that have bike pumps, and I've never encountered a leak.

I think these might help http://www.amazon.com/Lees-Technology-Check-Valve-Card/dp/B001TI8MSY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342746045&sr=8-1&keywords=lees+check+valve

there pheumatic check valves that work differently so their not like the crrapy ones that you see at petco .

you can also try drip irrigation check valves or a cheaper solution would be zorns lemma homade check valve that he claims to work flawlesly.

And a final option would be mcmaster part number 7775k11 .

You have been ask alot of questions lately  .

As a warning, anything that shoots ammo larger than a mega stock, without a stock check valve is banned at APOC

I know. I am preserving the stock OPRV.

Here in the NE, we have pretty strict rules. They need a OPRV because most people don't like anything that shoots darts anymore than 120' JK. It's just always a rule I nerfed with. A Vet. Nerfer like Hero can give you a more exact answer.

I think I'll buy a 7757K41.

Has anyone else used one of these before?

Dan, What guns did you use them in?

I think "stock check valve" should be "stock overpressure valve", but will defer to the locals.

That is what he meant, and also what the APOC ruleset dictates. Has nothing to do with the check valve.
