Ok! So our first "planned and organized" war for CenLa is a go! Sorry about not having any graphics stuff. I'll be getting some software soon. Anywho...

Date- August 25th

Time- 11ish to 1:00

Location- Church of Pentecost, 4929 Monroe Highway Ball, LA 71405

What TO bring:
• Water (It’s Louisiana in August. Bring a lot of it.)
• Dart blasters (I recommend bringing at least 2 in case of breakage.). Orange tips are mandatory!
• DARTS!!! (You’ll lose at least 3-4 each round. Bring a lot. Like at least 50-75, but maybe more.) MARK your darts and blasters!!!
• Eye protection (Mandatory.)
• Appropriate clothing (Again, it’s Louisiana in August. Don’t look like you’re in the military.)
• Your B+ game (We Nerf for the fun of it, not for the win)
• Snacks. You’ll want to keep your energy up. We WON'T be taking a lunch break 'till it's over.
What NOT to bring:
• Anything that could be considered a real weapon.
• Drugs, alcohol, etc. If I see any of this, you will be asked to leave.
• Anything painted entirely black (Leave an orange barrel.)

For safety concerns, we ask that you sign a waiver on-site. Also for safety concerns, this war will only be open to those 18 and under. For now, Slugs and stock darts are the only darts allowed. Blasters will not be allowed to shoot more than 111 feet. Not sure about something? Ask me, or don't bring it. Bring anything you’d want to sell/trade. Also, we might go down to a restaurant after the war if enough people are up for it. You’ll have to pay for your own meal. When a “Dart Sweep” is called, please participate if you want to have any darts. Spread the word!

You can purchase Nerf blasters and darts at Target, Walmart, Kmart, Hastings, etc.

I have updated the time so we can get some more playing time in. This is shaping up to be a rockin' war!

Just about one month away! Also, I will be giving away Nerf Nation t-shirts to the first 5 people that sign up! And one more thing: I've heard that there are going to be a few pretty ladies coming, as well...

Ok, so I have a very important update: We have a conflict in scheduling at the war site. I am going to get in touch with the owner of the site tomorrow and see what we can do about that. I raelly want to have the war the 25th, but it looks like it MIGHT have to get pushed back into September. Watch THIS comment for another update sometime tomorrow.
