If you haven't heared of this yet, its a developing forum site. The creator is Spark PLug. We are looking to finally get it moving and put it into the mainstream NIC. Please people just try it out.

I must say speaking from personal expirence that it's a nice place, and it's another place to get ideas, or see what people think of yours.
