You sir, have a leaky titan.

End of story.

Now how to fix it?

We need to determine where the leaks are in the system. The titan is basically a large bicycle pump with a trigger on it, so after you split the shell apart, you can take a look at the internals.
My titans were famous for leaking around the pressure gauge, but you can easily find a leak by first looking for cracked or broken tubing.
I'd also give the titan a pump and use your God given tools to listen into the specific parts of the internals to determine where the hissing is coming from.
The hissing is relevant to a large gaping hole in the pressure system that you don't like too much.
Now you can do something about replacing the tubing or the fittings around the leaks, but sometimes it is better to start over with a new one. Granted you shouldn't go to TRU and plop down $60 for a new set, but you can find one here on the forums or on ebay for about $20. Sometimes you have to think would it be time to repair it rather than replace it. Personal choices.

Hope that helps. Happy Titaning.

No, YOUR post would have been edited if you were the one warned. You also would have received a PM from a moderator.

If you can't find the leak by listening for it, try pressurizing it and immersing it in water. Then just look for where the bubbles come from.

To expand on that, you can also try wetting it with a film of soapy water and look for the bubbles.

The procedure will differ depending upon what part is actually leaking. If it a tubing connection, then a recommendation of "goop" is likely to be made, but not by me. I would strongly suggest using something like the Oatey universal ABS/PVC/CPVC adhesive.

I suggest you take photos of where the leak is occurring, and perhaps even where on the titan you have having difficulty opening.

It is much harder to aid an issue in the abstract.

You might be having difficulty opening the titan because of the big orange ring near the back of titan. Try using a heat gun and then lighlty plrying it off with a flat head screwdriver, or use the methods suggested here

Given the size of a Titan, that kind of trade would best be done in person. Where are you located? Hint: You should fill out that information on your profile too. Also, you may need to give up some sort of incentive to get the other person to give up the non-leaky Titan.

It isn't that you can't it is that it is prohibitively expensive to do. Like $10 or so. Also, say you and I agreed to trade one of my non-leaking Titans for your leaky blaster. You would have to give me some sort of incentive to do that, be it an extra blaster, money, etc.
