Hey guys,

I'm looking to start some sort of weekly war in Grand Rapids.

It would run on a weeknight, preferably Tuesday or Thursday.

I live in Grand Rapids and Johnson Park in Grandville makes for a good area to play in.

If you host your own I'd be interested in bringing a few guys by to see what you are up to as well.

A few rules, I guess:

No Homemades
Modifications are allowed, as long as you don't shoot your eye out
Saftey glasses are at your risk
Stock unmodified darts
One hit deaths, with or without medics, depends on the game type
Deathmatch, Seek and Destroy, Capture the Flag, and others

What do you guys think?

Me and my friends are from grand rapids and have been trying to get involved in some bigger games but can't find many around. But we would be interested in playing if you get this going

I am a michigan nerfer, but this does not interest me for the drive it would take, using stock darts and stuff. And week days.

Are there any Michiganders near who are going to be near the the ann arbor area during the school year? I go to UM and would really like to get some regular games going this fall.

Yeah, same here, I am only interested in the regular NIC war, which is modified guns, homemades and stefans.

I'm in Metro Detroit, and another nerfer from Livonia and I were thinking about hosting a war, and I found a couple of parks to meet at when we are going to trade, and they might be great for a war. Nothing official yet, but check out the War thread for anything.

EDIT: That area is also 3 hours away from me.

I'd be happy to do this but I'm not sure I could make it to all of them. Fun Idea though because I live near the Byron Center area so I'm relatively close.

How many guys do you have? I have quite a few I could get together, good enough for a trial game? If interested, give me a like 2 weeks notice for the first one, well each get some guys and see how it goes
