The other day I was modding my Secret Shot Pocket Blaster (re-barreled, tank expansion) and it got a leak. I Dremmelled a hole in the side of the blaster's tank, and put my finger over it, no leak. I hack-sawed off the stock barrel, and hot-glued a 3/4in x 1/2in bushing on the stub, and put my finger over the hole again, then it leaked out the barrel. I epoxied the replacement tank on, and it (the tank) does not leak, it is coming out of the barrel and the "blast button". Can you guys help me fix the problem? Or is it just shot?

Your leak could be caused by dust and flecks of plastic that have gotten onto the rubber washer. You could try using compressed air to clear it out.

Compressed air is a bad idea and can completely blow out the valve from the front.
Ideally you need to cut a hole in the tank (the side will do) and hold down the fire button / blast button while running water through the output valve of the tank. This will wash any debris back out. Then patch the hole with PVC and solvent weld it on.

Try putting your finger over the barrel stub, to seal it up, and then pump it. Lift finger, let air blow out. Repeat.

Pull the pump all the way out then slap it back in very fast. Quick airflow clears debris from where is should seal. I've had it work on quite a few of them. Got a tiger striped one for super cheap, and all it needed was a good beating.

Ok, so the problem is probably caused by some debris in the tank. I can Dremmel another hole in the blaster's tank wall, and run water through it, out the output hole, while holding the blast button; and then, instead of patching it back up, I can give it another tank expansion! Great, thanks all.
