It's pretty self-explanatory in it's crazy awesomeness and intimidation. The rear trigger works like a normal 3DBBQ gun, firing the middle RSCB. The front trigger works down to the two ball valves right above the pump. You can open one valve for power, or open both for more shots. I think there is at least one check valve separating the tanks. If a tank doesn't have a check valve it will empty when the other is fired, so keep that in mind.
Another take in the interesting idea of having a closely integrated shotgun is K9turret's diddle cannon(MK2 I believe). It's a MavTitan with a homemade selector valve that lets him pick between a normal RSCB and a triple shot one in a half second. It's no larger than a normal Mavtitan but it's much scarier. You'll need an OPV to pop at a lower pressure than a Titan's does though.
