I've noticed that there has been topics about what kind of music you like and what you play it on, but I was wondering what all of you guys use for headphones. I have been using the headphones for my ipod for a while and I really didn't like them that much. So I decided to spend $105 on these tiny "ear buds" called ER 6's after some extensive research. I liked the size of them and their ability to block out sound very well, which was very appealing.

I decided to order these little guys with all of my birthday money and I just got them in today and I have to say that they are excellent. People might have a little trouble getting these puppies in their ears but it just takes some practice; its worth getting them in the perfect position. Another thing worth mentioning is that it really does block out other noises very well. So I'm done with my little review, I highly recommend them!

Don't buy regular Sony headphones (behind the ears, etc) that are cheap. The ~20$ ones can't handle high bass. I bought these headphones thinking that they would be good because of their brand, but I was wrong. Buy the Panasonic ones with X-Bass (Called something similar to this). They are 5-10$ cheaper, and they are a lot better quality.

Well, I have these Koss earphones that I use. They were 45$ or something. Anyways, they are shaped like my ear, and they basically have this little arm that pinches the phone and it around the top on your ear. Since you have basically no feeling there, it's very comfortable in my opinion. They weigh next to nothing, and can handle all the volume I choose to pump through 'em! They are excellent quality, I've had them for months and months, on high volume, and they haven't given me trouble.

I'm looking at a pair of headphones that are 60$, they are the big huge ones that look like studio headphones. I love the look, they look sick. Plus, the little cord retracts... how badassis that?! Okay, not that cool, but hey! It says they will last 3 years with very extensive use, so I want to put that to the test. Anyways, I just wanna hear my music louder...

I used to have this huge pair of Koss headphones but they were stolen.

Now i've got a smaller version of the same Koss headphones. They've got great sound guality and are very durable.

For my PC i have these big Altec Lansing things. I got them for CS but i've stopped playing it. Man that was a bad investment..

I just use my iPod headphones. I want the in-ear kind. Those look much better.

I use some of those "behind-ear" headphones that Sony makes, the kind with a wrap-around band instead of over-head. They have their own volume dial and expanded base, they work great, I think they were $20. With those I use a regular $50 Sony CD Walkman; has double base, ESP (never skipps), and digital volume; also works great. They are both about 2 years old now or so, maybe 2 and a half. I think that using the same brand headphones and player (at least for cheaper stuff) makes a difference. I will eventually get an MP3 player, but only after I get a shebuttload more money, and that's only after the prices come down some and I get my first handgun (that in itself will be expensive). With my laptop and when I'm in my room, I use a huge set of Radioshack headphones, with each individual earphone having its own volume. So yeah, that's my stuff.

I just use the standard sony headphones. They're not really the best, but they last a few months for me. I saw some really big headphones in Radio Shack a few days ago for about $50. I tried them on and they were so light I could barely feel them. I just don't really want to spend too much on headphones though, because there are so many other things I need to save for.

My parents went on vacation one time and brought back like four pairs of northwest airlines headphones from the movie on the plane I think, and they are the most comfortbale and best headphones I've ever owned! All you have to do is fly to hawaii or some other 12 hour distance and you can get these puppies for FREE!

I use Sennheiser MX400 earphones. They are by far the best earphones I've ever used. Very clear, and very loud, with lots of bass.

I'm using The Ministry of Sound DJ headphones. They were pretty pricey but everything sounds perfect on them and they can get so loud that I can hear them three rooms away and still make out the words.
