Has anyone ordered the acrylic tubing listed in an earlier topic? I got 12' of the stuff but to my dismay, it was way too tight to fit my foam. I could barely fit the dart in the barrel and no amount of air could push it out. I would put my darts in the dryer but I don't want them to not fit my sch. 80 pvc or crayola on all my other guns.

Well, my foam has a perfect fit in the acrylic tubing. My foam must be a little smaller than usual.

Foam diameter is really not constant at all. I got two packages of the same size from the same manufacturer (even from the same lot, I believe), and one size fits my coppered NF perfectly, and the other size is to small. Your best bet is to take a pair of calipers to the hardware store, and check the various packages untill you find one that fits.
