So I came into a secondhand SM750 today, however it lacks the back pump handle. I was curious if anyone knows of a good replacement piece, or how to make one.

A T-Joint, painted to match the green would make a very comfortable pump handle. Also, you could throw end-caps on the sides for cleanliness.

I also suggest endcaps. Ahtanie has done something similar to one of his 750's.

1/2" CPVC pieces or 1/2 SCH40 PVC pieces?

Judging by the size, use a CPVC endcap.

Also, it doesn't look like there is alot of room on the pump-rod for mechanical fastening, if you are clever, epoxy putty on the inside could go a long way towards sturdiness and cleanliness.

I picked up some epoxy putty to try out, I'll let you know how it goes when I eventually find the time :X

So it seemed to work out great with the T-joint! I did a full complement of mods and it hits like a truck now. I don't know exact ranges since it's currently night out and I don't want to go out and test it. If anyone cares to know ranges or wants to see the blaster let me know.
