BASICS:

Rounds last for one hour. Points will be tallied at the end of each round.

Three hit / NO COUNT rule.

After those three hits are exhausted, the player must return to the closest spawn point (Cactus Field or Parking Lot) in order to become active again.

When taking a position, you must sign your name(s) and time at which the position was captured on the provided clipboards.

Clipboards:

Time sheet - This sheet is used to record how long each team holds that position. When you lose the position, you do not "sign out" but rather it will be given that you lost the position when the other team signs in.

Bonus sheet - This sheet will only be written on if a person has completed their extra task. To sign it, put the name, what team and the accomplishment.

Radios CAN BE USED*

POINTS:

10 points for taking a position

Softball Hill
Beachhead
Hamburger Hill

If your team holds all positions at a given time, there will be 30 points added to the teams score that round.

Team commanders will be designated at the beginning of each round and will change each round. They must wear an OBVIOUS armband (flagging tape on the arm and on the arm ONLY). These commanders will have 5 hit points. Assassinating the opposing commander is 10 points.

BONUS POINTS:

Bonus points can be attained by completing individual special tasks given before the round begins

To record special accomplishments, use the bonus sheet(s) on the clipboards provided.

THESE RULES HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY SIMPLIFIED, any questions, just ask.

Uhhh, I believe I would be a no go for the weekend of the 10th. My girlfiend is planning her 21st B-day party for the 10th and 11th. Needless to say I think she'd be displeased if I ducked out to Nerf.

What to bring:

Water will be around but make sure you bring your own.

Plenty of darts - I'm talking a lot. Full bags.

Guns can't hurt either. Please bring multiple guns so that you'll be ready for ANY situation. We have most recently @ Weltz Park lost several guns to random damage and problems.

Lunch? Well Route 37 is jug handle heaven and their are dozens of fast food places. I'd like to take an hour of for lunch maybe 1pm to 2pm. BUT THAT IS ALL. NO LONGER. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR TAKING ANY LONGER THAN THAT.

So bring water/darts/guns/$$$. We should be set.

*Sunscreen couldn't hurt either just ask Howie.

Oh jesus fucking christ. I just read through your rule set and laughed my ass off, I have a 4 page packet that Vacc and I had written out for the 24 hour war we attempted at the Deal site 5 years ago and the rules are almost fucking identical. I'll have to email you this shit Evil just for kicks, it really is hilarious.

We really want everyone to make it to this. The park is totally awesome and the command points have been selected carefully. We have 2 water coolers, and we'll probably buy gallon jugs so each command point has a water supply.
We really can't explain just how cool this park really is.

If we get a good turnout for this and everyone has a good time, we have some very exciting ideas to add to the game.

What about the other dates that I listed earlier Vacc, are they better? We really want everyone to show. Hell if the LGLF can find their way out of their asses they're welcome to make it too.

Yeah, I mean I should have off on sundays for the most part so I don't see the 18th (I'm assuming that's a sunday at least) being a huge problem. I can't say yes for sure just yet, but those dates are deffinately better for me. I should be able to make them no sweat.

July 25 looks like a good day. Let's go with that since Vacc and Talio have no problem with Sundays, and it seems okay for everyone else.
