Hello,
I made a 100dart belt for my stock Vulcan. I found a temporary way to house the belt with plastic tubs and a ratchet strap but it's flimsy. I am curious if anyone has come up with a more solid design to house the larger ammo capacity. I would like to make this gun more mobile assult andless of a stationary defense item. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

I saw someone who attached two ammo boxes to make an elongated box. A little bulky but cool nonetheless.

I have an idea, but it may or may not work, I don't have a vulcan so I can't try it, but if you do end up stopping by my war, I could sketch it up and show you.

Uh, pics would be nice here...
I do have a suggestions though, you could possibly mount the Vulcan on some sort of cart, and have someone along side feeding in the chain. But, thats kind of impractical...

one word POLYCARBONAATE it might be costly but if it were screwed onto the vulcan i think it would work very well. Just build a box large enough to fit it then screw it on.

I only use a 50 in mine, but i would say PVC board, its cheaper than polycarb and still fairly durable. I used a lot of brackets to hold the boxes together. I have it bracketed to my vulcan as well, Eventually i'll post pictures of it. Just remember you will need a second container to catch the chain, otherwise the gears won't be able to turn and you could break the mechanism and the blaster will jam frequently. Its nice to see that other people haven't completely forsaken the vulcan.
Edit: if i were you i'd quickly mod that vulcan, the only thing worse than using a vulcan stock is owning a maverick.
