I have just completely finished my very first SNAP-bow Mk. V and I have a question about Rork's superlative plunger head. I have the entire plunger assembled using all the right parts, and the 1 and 1/2 inch rubber washer does not fit in the 1&1/4 PVC. I have tried using lube to help it fit, but I have to push it in and even still, I have no success getting it to draw back without EXTREME force, and even after, when the trigger is pulled, it barely moves forward. Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Please help me, because I want to be able to use my beloved SNAP!
Thanks!

You sure you lubed it? ALL the way?
You are probably using the wrong size washer. The washer's total diameter should be about the same size as the outer diameter of the pipe, at least for the medium-size PVC plungertubes. That means that it will touch the walls, and will have a bit more material to warp, so that it has a centimeter or so of actual contact with the walls.

ahh I'm such a noob. I had not lubed the plunger enough but now that I have it is firing much faster and maintaining an awesome seal. Thank you VERY much Exo
