I have a question:motion way of sprinker valves
sprinker valve is use all air to single blast?
or pull trigger to blast once (use few air)
and u can blast next time,is it?

Solenoid Sprinkler Valves? Electrical ball valves.

Throw two together in series, make an open|close to close|open contact trigger (relaxed: 1/0, fired: 0/1), and you have simple semi-automatic fire, care of Balthamelª. Throw in a regulator and you have consistent pressure in your shots, too.

Sorry if that wasn't the type of sprinkler valves you were talking about, I'm a neoteric dinosaur.

I think it uses all the air in one large blast. 'Cause I have heard that it has a low Rate of fire.

Usually, sprinkler valves use all the air in one shot. However if you modify your sprinkler valve to have pneumatic actuation like on spudtech.com (click on components then sprinkler valve) you can squeeze the trigger very fast and then again. You will have a high power shot then a low powered one.

The air is released all at once.

As Zero mentioned, it would be trivial to set up a multi-shot system with a regulator, secondary tank, and momentary switch. You wouldn't even really need a second valve if the hose from the regulator to the low pressure tank was small enough diameter to minimize loss due to holding the trigger down too long. Overall it should be efficient enough to work well and very simple to construct.


Big Tank (high PSI) -> Regulator -> Small Tank (low PSI) -> Sprinkler Valve -> Barrel
